March Madness Read-a-thon: Goals and Week One's Theme!

Hey everyone! I'll be participating in Jayne's first ever March Madness Read-a-thon! It's a month long read-a-thon to work towards getting through your reading list, review list, blog work list, whatever! It's all about getting stuff done, basically. There's no real rules yet so it's pretty much do whatever you want! I'm really looking forward to this and I hope I can get tons done during the month!

Goals:
I don't have an exact list of books I want to read this month quite yet but give me a week and I'll probably have a sort of list of books I plan to read during March! I do have some goals set though!
  • Read 20 books
  • Write reviews for half the books I read
  • Write 3 old reviews (as in reviews for books I read awhile back)
I'm going to try my best to get these done! Wish me luck! Every week I'll write progress reports and track how far I get with my goals! I read Faking Normal yesterday so I'm already 1 book down! Only 19 more to go!

This Weeks Theme:
During March I have a few blog tours I'm a part of so this week is going to be all about Blog Tour books! Reading them and writing reviews for them! I only have three to do but better to get them done and out of the way right?
  • Will Shakespeare and the Ships of Solomon by Christopher Grey
  • Now That I'm Stronger by Valina R. Rudolph
  • The Sowing by K. Makansi
Shouldn't be too hard to get them done but wish me luck nonetheless!

At least once a week I'll also try and make up some challenges or activities we can do as a way to make this read-a-thon more fun! So expect something coming from me this week!

I wish everyone participating in this read-a-thon the best of luck in reaching their goals! And even the people not participating, I wish you luck with reading great books!

  1. Good luck on your goals! I should've put something about reviews with my own goals, but that slipped my mind. That's a really good thing to include, though! I'm really looking forward to these activities you want to do. :)
